I am a certified Focusing Trainer and psychotherapist and have also completed specialized training in Voice Dialogue theory and process. I studied depth psychology at the C.G. Jung Institute in Boston and have presented workshops on Focusing, dreamwork, and shamanic practices. My approach is also informed by many years of contemplative practice.

I offer Focusing training and Focusing-Informed psychotherapy to individuals seeking to engage in a gentle, deep process of self-discovery and change. I support my clients as they learn to harmonize opposing or conflicting parts of themselves; release and reclaim what has been exiled and disowned; and come to know and understand their inner lives and their relationships more deeply. My guiding intention is to help individuals become skilled at accessing and trusting their inherent wisdom, ultimately becoming more effective therapists for themselves.

I will be co-presenting a workshop with Susan Lennox, Ph.D. entitled “Focusing on Dreams: Body-centered Pathways to the Wisdom of Your Dreams ” on June 5, 2010 at the Arlington Center in Arlington, MA.
