I am a licensed psychotherapist and a certified Focusing Trainer with a private practice and a clinical position at a community counseling center. My work as a therapist draws primarily on Focusing, and on Internal Family Systems, an approach that has a wonderful resonance with Focusing and shares its respectful attention to inner parts and the truths they hold for us. I also have specialized training in working with anxiety disorders, including training in EMDR, and I have led several groups focused on understanding and resolving anxiety symptoms.

What is most alive in me is connected to learning, practicing, and sharing tools for self-growth and healing. I experience Focusing not only as a powerful, clarifying tool, but also as a gentle and compassionate path home to myself. It is a special pleasure for me to be able to facilitate these homecomings for others. I offer Focusing training and coaching in groups, partnerships, or on an individual basis
