I have been involved with Focusing since 2002. It has been a useful tool in my daily life and taught me how to listen better to my emotions and how to be friendlier with them. Being grateful for encountering Focusing I am looking for ways how to share it with others.

I am also practicing Buddhist meditation. I found that the ability of meditation to calm the mind combined with friendly curiosity of Focusing create a powerful approach to becoming friends with our experience.

I offer inexpensive one-on-one focusing sessions in person or on the phone. These sessions could be oriented towards learning focusing as well as towards working on a particular issue.

I have been facilitating several Focusing workshops and I would be happy to come and present Focusing to group of students, yoga centers or anywhere else where it might be needed.

I offer focusing instructions at Changes: a Monthly Drop-In Group for Focusing and Listening to the Deeper Self, facilitated by Joan Klagsbrun, PhD and Laury Rappaport, PhD at The Arlington Center 369 Mass Ave, Arlington, MA

I work as a therapist for South Bay Mental Health Center in Lowell.
