CHANGES: a Monthly Drop-In Group For Focusing & Listening To The Deeper Self

Facilitated by Joan Klagsbrun, PhD and Laury Rappaport, PhD

at The Arlington Center,
369 Massachusetts Avenue,
Arlington, MA

The dates for the fall CHANGES are September 18th October 16th, November 20th, December 11th at 2-4 PM.

The September and November dates are open to new and returning folks and the October and December ones are open only to returning people.

Focusing, developed by Eugene Gendlin, is a mind/body/spirit process for accessing the body’s innate wisdom and cultivating compassion towards oneself and others.

Focusing is useful for decision-making, clarifying life issues, moving past blocks, enhancing creativity, deepening spirituality, and knowing oneself more deeply in each moment.

This monthly drop-in group provides an opportunity for both those new to Focusing, and experienced Focusers, to practice within a supportive community. Newcomers will have an opportunity to be taught the Focusing process. Voluntary donation of $8 to cover rent is appreciated.
